Shipping policy

Every Luma Active order ships free. Here is exactly what to expect once you place it.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery to the United States is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 10 business days, but transit times can vary with carrier volume, weather and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. It can take 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to begin updating after you receive it. If your tracking has not moved after 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Split shipments

Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to import duties. For international orders, any customs charges, duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We currently ship to the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email us before placing your order and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
